Healing for the Healers:
Pro Bono ART Sessions for Therapists

Contact Me

You hold space for so many — clients in pain, families in crisis, people finding their way through trauma. But sometimes something happens in the room that lingers. A client’s story hits close to home. A session leaves a residue. Or maybe there’s an old wound you’ve never had time to tend to.

This space is for you.

I offer a limited number of pro bono Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) sessions to licensed mental health professionals. These sessions are designed to help you process and release the distress connected to a specific memory, trigger, or experience — so you can reset and return to your work with a calm body and clarity of mind.

  • ART works differently from traditional talk therapy. You don’t have to discuss your trauma or story in detail for it to be effective. Instead, we’ll use brief eye movements and imagery to help your brain reprocess distressing memories and sensations — without re-experiencing the pain.

Each session is 60–90 minutes and focused on one target memory or trigger. Many clinicians notice a shift after just one session.

  • I’ve seen how powerful ART can be — not just for clients, but for clinicians who carry the emotional weight of this work. This is my way of supporting our professional community and sharing a tool that helps us heal quickly, deeply, and quietly. ART helped me come back from burnout, and I’ve seen how one person’s healing can ripple outward. Offering ART to fellow therapists is my way of being that first drop in the water — creating ripples of healing.

    • Open to licensed mental health professionals, preference to those in the Pittsburgh area.

    • ART sessions are offered in person at my Mt. Lebanon office.

    • Limited pro bono spots are available each month.

    • Priority is given to clinicians seeking relief from a specific trigger or work-related stressor.
