Hi, I’m Chancie.
I’m a trauma-trained therapist who helps adults move through trauma, overwhelm, fertility and postpartum transitions, and the complex emotional layers of modern life.
I provide in-person sessions in my Mt. Lebanon office in the South Hills of Pittsburgh, as well as virtual therapy for adults anywhere in Pennsylvania, North Carolina and Florida.
My approach is warm, grounded, and centered on understanding what your nervous system has been holding — and helping it release what no longer serves you.

I have advanced training in Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders through Postpartum Support International and hold a Master Certification in Accelerated Resolution Therapy. This training allows me to support individuals navigating PTSD, anxiety, stress, depression, fears and phobias, chronic pain, medical or birth trauma, stroke-related anxiety, dyslexia-related anxiety, ADHD-related overwhelm, and other nervous-system-based challenges.
I work with individuals who want to stop feeling “stuck”, especially those that want to get back on track fast.
